What is amaryl 1 mg ?

Amaryl 1 mg tablet is a long-acting oral anti-diabetic which lower the blood sugar level. Amaryl 1 mg is used only in patients diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. Amaryl 1 mg may be used along with Insulin or other medicines in order to achieve better control over the blood sugar levels. Amaryl 1 mg medicine, when taken along with a controlled diet and regular exercise routine, may give better results.

How does it work ?

It increases the secretion of insulin from the pancreas and also regulates the release of glucose from the liver.
